This April, Shared Flame begins its first chapter at LAVA with a Four-Hands Dinner, where two chefs share one kitchen and one flame. Chef Duong Quoc Dung and Chef Nutthapol “Nick” Pavapaiboon come together to present a culinary dialogue between the elegance of Thai cuisine and the vibrant flavours of Vietnam’s island waters. Beneath LAVA’s iconic bamboo arches, guests are invited to savour a six-course tasting menu with wine pairing — a refined exchange between city gastronomy and island soul.
