INFRARED SAUNA INTAKE & WAIVER
Infrared Sauna Therapy is an innovative treatment and relaxation therapy for many guests. However, some should not use saunas and others should use them with caution. The following checklist supports you identify any considerations specific to you and requests that you acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in the use of infrared sauna.
INFRARED SAUNA AGREEMENT / ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
For your comfort, safety, and wellbeing, please read and observe the following guidelines before using the infrared sauna.
- Each sauna session should not exceed 45 minutes. The temperature should remain below 165°F / 74°C.
- Please stay well hydrated before, during, and after your session.
- Guests taking medication are advised to consult a doctor before use.
- Guests with any medical condition, including heart concerns, blood pressure concerns, pregnancy, heat sensitivity, or recent illness, are advised to seek medical guidance before use.
- Please refrain from alcohol, tobacco, recreational drugs, or other intoxicating substances before and during the session.
- Guests under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the infrared sauna.
- Please end your session immediately if you feel light-headed, dizzy, overheated, unwell, or experience any pain or discomfort.
- Plastic water bottles are not permitted inside the sauna.
- Guests are kindly requested to shower before and after each session.
- For hygiene and comfort, please always sit on a clean towel. Bathrobes are provided for use before and after the session. Appropriate swimwear or spa attire is required inside the sauna.
"By signing below, I acknowledge I have read and understood the above contraindications, risks, warnings, and disclaimer and voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, or death that may arise from using an infrared sauna. I, on behalf of myself and any of my heirs, executors, representatives, or assignees, hereby waive and release all claims or liabilities for personal injury or property damages of any kind sustained while on the premises during the use of the full spectrum infrared sauna and from any advice provided by an employee, independent contractor, or any representative. I agree that this Application and Waiver is in effect for all infrared sauna sessions and will not expire unless specifically requested by either party."
