Inspired by the mythical Kraken, the acclaimed designer has created a rooftop unlike any other. Sculptural, time-worn tentacles sweep across the ceiling, while layers of light, shadow and texture evoke the mystery of the ocean depths. Dramatic yet sophisticated, the design gives INK 360 a distinctive identity suspended high above the coast.
As afternoon gives way to evening, the rooftop offers a spectacular setting for Phu Quoc’s celebrated sunset. Amber, violet and rose stretch across the horizon before twilight transforms the mood once again. DJ sets bring a new rhythm to the space, carrying INK 360 naturally from sunset drinks into an elegant evening above the island.
The cocktail collection continues the maritime story through imaginative creations and local flavours. Lucky Coral pairs bright citrus with a touch of sea salt, while Kraken’s Deal brings together Phu Quoc black pepper, cinnamon, clove and cherry liqueur. Mysterious Beach layers aged rum, mint and coastal botanicals, while Mermaid Tear draws on the character of local wild Sim berries. For a deeper finish, Davy Jones’s Heart delivers bold, smoky notes inspired by the ocean below.
