     • *Prices are subject to 5% service charge and prevailing VAT

     • Valid for direct economy return flights from Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh to Phu Quoc with 1 bag per guest.

     • Flights offered per room are based on the maximum number of adults accommodated per room or the number of registered guests on check-in, do not cover any additional guests added over and above this or guests who require extra bedding.

     • Flight invoices should be presented to the Resort at the time of room reservation. 

     • Flight invoices should state the same names of those guests staying at the Resort and flight details should match the flight tickets provided.

     • Proof of purchase and proof of paid price (ticket receipt) to be shown on arrival for flights aligning with the stay. A credit will be placed on your hotel account with the same value. Credit is against accommodation and is not redeemable for cash.

     • Guests must be registered at the Front Desk, names must match the tickets, and all guests must stay for the full length of the booking.

     • This offer is only available when booking our You Fly, We Pay offer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or rates.

     • A minimum three consecutive night stay. If the booking is shortened to under three nights, no credit will be issued.

Cancellation policy:

     • Canceling your reservation before 16:00 (local hotel time) of 1 day prior to the arrival day will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation after 16:00 (local hotel time) of 1 day prior to the arrival day, or failing to show, will result in a charge equal to the first night's stay per room to your credit card or other guaranteed payment methods. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
