Terms and Conditions:

     • Vouchers are valid for a 12-month period after purchase.

     • All vouchers are subject to availability.

     • Vouchers cannot be used during the Tet (Lunar New Year) holiday period and on 31 December.

     • Guests must present the original voucher upon arrival at the Resort.

     • Should a voucher be lost or damaged, no replacement or refund will be provided.

     • Full pre-payment is required.

     • Vouchers cannot be combined with existing accommodation, spa or dining promotions at the Resort.

     • Vouchers are available to purchase for up to one set of ten vouchers per transaction.

     • Hotel credit vouchers are to be used upon check-out and are applicable against the account of the guest based on the spend at InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort which is settled by the guest directly at the Resort.
